On Task - Staying True
Okay, well yesterday went very well. I ate pretty good and walked for about 40 minutes. Last night I also had the Christmas party for my company and I won $150. So I decided to put that towards my health and fitness. I purchased some Myoplex and some more Whey Protein. That prompted me to look at info on the Body-For-Life website. Some of the before and after photos gives me some inspiration.
I measured my waist this morning and it was 49 inches.....Wow, I didn't realize I was getting that bad. My pant size is 44 inches but those are stretching pants. Truth hurts... But I have to use it for motivation. I am currently 266 pounds and my goal is to be 250 lbs by February 1st and 240 lbs by March 1st. I won't go any further than that with specify goals, but I will not stop until I am 195 lbs.
ANOTHER OVERNIGHT SUCCESS
For the second night in a row, I did not wake up and eat.
